Weekly Monday Management Meeting Held to Optimize Overseas Massage Equipment Business Layout

Our company held a regular Monday core team meeting in the conference room this week. Management, production, quality control, foreign trade sales and after-sales teams gathered together to conduct comprehensive sorting and deployment of recent work.

At the meeting, the team summarized the delivery progress of container shipments to Germany, Finland and other European countries, sorted out the OEM customization demands of overseas distributors for foot massagers, neck massage pillows and fascia guns, and analyzed product quality feedback and logistics transportation problems from the European market. Meanwhile, clear targets were assigned for production schedule adjustment, product inspection standard upgrading, overseas customer follow-up efficiency improvement and TK social media marketing content planning in the next cycle.
