Recently, our massage equipment workshop released the real assembly footage of the complete internal movement for foot massagers. The video records the whole standardized working procedures, including shell sealing treatment, transmission gear assembly, power motor installation, internal cavity structural protection and screw locking reinforcement. The transparent production process fully demonstrates the independent R&D and manufacturing capacity of our source factory. At the shell pretreatment station, workers evenly apply sealant on the bottom shell and install sealing gaskets precisely to build a basic structure for dust prevention and anti-loosening. Afterwards, the complete gear set is assembled in order with limit gaskets fixed on the meshing structure, ensuring the transmission system runs smoothly without jamming or abnormal noise. Drive motors are accurately installed and connected with wiring and air pipeline assemblies to supply stable power for kneading massage functions. Inner isolation baffles are sealed layer by layer to separate independent working zones for circuits and transmission parts, preventing wire abrasion and gear dust from shortening the service life of the movement. Finally, all internal components are fastened with locking screws to finish the full assembly of the core movement module.
