The assembly of the foot massage core module is the core link that determines the kneading effect, operation noise and service life of finished products. First of all, workers use electric screwdrivers to complete the overall locking of internal structural screws, fixing gears, motors, partition plates and other built-in parts as a whole structure, avoiding component displacement and abnormal vibration during long-term operation.

After the internal structure is fixed firmly, the production personnel sort out the built-in wires in a standardized manner. Reasonable wire arrangement prevents the circuit from being scratched and worn by rotating gears and massage components, effectively reducing hidden dangers such as short circuits and poor contact, and greatly improving the electrical safety of the equipment.

Subsequently, the standardized placement of massage heads is carried out. Each massage head is precisely matched with the transmission rotating shaft to ensure that the kneading bumps can accurately act on the acupoints of the sole, realizing uniform massage force and comfortable massage experience. Finally, the screws are used to lock all massage heads one by one to eliminate the clearance between the massage head and the transmission base, so that the kneading movement is smooth without shaking or noise.

Every operation link in the assembly line is equipped with manual self-inspection standards. Operators check the fastening tightness of screws, the regularity of wiring and the matching degree of massage heads one by one after each process is completed.
