At the wire harness assembly workstation, all power cords and connecting wires are manually sorted, cut and assembled in accordance with unified process standards. Standardized harness production effectively standardizes the internal circuit layout of finished massagers, reduces internal wire friction damage during long-term operation, and improves the overall safety and service life of massage products.

The last working procedure focuses on the pre-assembly of self-developed DC vibration motors, the core power parts for vibration massage functions. Our factory independently completes motor winding, wire matching and shell pre-installation in-house. Compared with outsourced motor procurement, self-produced motors feature matched vibration frequency, lower noise and more stable output performance, greatly cutting the product failure rate in after-sales links.
