Lean Automated Production Empowers Stable Supply of Massage Movement Core Components

Recently, our massage equipment manufacturing workshop has further optimized the lean production mode of massage movement assembly lines, combining manual precision assembly with automated intelligent equipment to realize standardized, high-efficiency mass production of massage core components, laying a solid foundation for fulfilling global OEM and ODM customized orders.

Walking into the assembly workshop, the orderly running production line presents the whole manufacturing process of massage movements. At the front-end station, the automatic screw feeder completes automatic sorting and feeding of standard screws, which effectively saves the time of manual material sorting and greatly improves the picking efficiency of assembly workers. In the manual assembly area, skilled operators use electric screwdrivers to fasten the main control circuit board to the plastic housing with standardized torque, firmly fixing all internal electronic components to avoid hidden troubles such as poor contact and loose parts in subsequent use.

To further unify product craftsmanship and reduce human operation errors, the factory has introduced automatic screw locking equipment on the production line. The intelligent equipment realizes fixed-point positioning and constant-torque screw fastening, ensuring consistent assembly precision for every batch of massage movements. The collaborative model of manual fine assembly plus automated auxiliary equipment not only cuts labor costs and shortens the production cycle of a single product, but also significantly raises the finished product qualification rate of massage core components.

In recent years, the enterprise has continuously upgraded production equipment and improved whole-process quality control management. From raw material incoming inspection, component assembly, electrical aging testing to finished product performance sampling inspection, each link implements strict process standards. At present, our self-developed massage movements have been widely matched to various massage devices such as neck massagers, foot massagers and massage chairs, and have been recognized by numerous overseas brand merchants for stable quality and reliable delivery capacity.
